Very fun even if we weren't physically there. Good news - The show was great! Supposedly it was taped by someone other than me. Bad news - on my new notebook I installed the capture program and instead of capturing just the sound from the show it capture the sound from my house too. So you can hear my kids carrying on in the background of the recording. AHHHH! WHY WHY WHY? I even tried recording it on my other laptop and it kept screwing up. Mates of Mine were incredible hosts and sounded fantastic, and well Billy was Billy! Awesome as always, and I loved the arrangements with Rob on Cello - more of those at next weeks shows apparently. Posts: 12 (11/09/09 03:40 PM) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts Report Post	^ Haha The show on Saturday was awesome, even better than I'd expected, and it was good to finally have a chat with Rach :P I managed to get to the show in Worthing on Sunday too - another good show, Bushwalla was the only artist playing. Andre was on bass and Mr. Adam King was on the drums, which was a pleasant surprise. It all sounded great. The only downside to it all was the the pub was half full of noisy locals intent on having their usual sunday night chats, even if they had to shout over Bushwalla to do so. I also got heckled by two drunks for most of the night - one told me to tell Billy he reminded her of 'early Sublime' and that she really fancied him, and the other was telling me he thought Billy was very good and that he used to rap himself, 30 years ago. Needless to say, I didn't pass on the messages. That's just Worthing for you, I suppose. It makes me happy every time I see him at the YMCA or have a meeting with him because I am reminded of Bushwalla. Travel the world. Watch it unfold. Hold today close while still reaching for tomorrow.
