a friend had a pizza night the other night where we made our own pizzas! and they wanted a shot of someone throwing one up so it looked professional hahah i got the job and it turned out ok

I checked out some of your stuff on youtube and i think you give yourself too much of a hard time. I think you're really good! How long have you been playing? I started playing last year (tought myself via ultimate-guitar hahaha) but i really only started attempting to sing in the last few months :S It would have been so amazing to open for the MBB! i wish i could get a chance to see them

I'm not doing much of anything today. And it's fantastic! Kid, I love that glowy heart thing. Holls, I finally got around to changing my Myspace picture to one of me...course you can't tell if you didn't know already. That's how I got away with my promise to do it. (And read my latest blog for a laugh at my latest stupidity.)
Love the pic Moof. Hil, I'm trying to picture you as a chaperone. The image in my head amuses me quite a bit. Gotta do errands. I'll be checking in later.

I'm glad Kid didn't carry through with her threat to visit us less. BTW, I leave for Disneyland in 115 days, but I want to leave for Disneyland every day. Missy, I remember reading in one of the threads (Special News???) that people liked the Milwaukee venue better than the Chicago one. Either way, be sure to tell us how you liked it. I'm not sure what number show this is for me, but most of my heavy Mraz travel occured in 2003/2004. Now I usually stick to anywhere within 3 hour driving distance, although I was somehow coerced into going to Vegas. I want a day to do not much of anything. Hilary - I greatly appreciate you spending 5 minutes looking for a skittles and/or bunny comic for me!!! I heart you more than you know!!! Kathy - I'm off to myspace!!!! expect a comment..or two or three Lala - who's lap are you sitting on in that last picture??? It better not be my Keek!!! Kid - I heart you BIG time. I need daily doses of happy inspiration like no other!! I'm really doing well on my healing...but I have a long way to go still. Holly Update: I know it's been a while since I've really posted anything! So, here is a small update for you all. After several tries at different antidepressants I believe the doctor and I have found a good match. I haven't been on it quite long enough yet to really know though. All I do know is that I am no longer having nightmares about my family dying or being in a huge plane crash..etc...etc. I started seeing a counselor, but I really didn't care for him so after 2 sessions I ended the relationship. He was pretty cocky and arrogant but he did give me a good place to start on healing. I've been doing a ton of writing and exploring my childhood. I've realized a lot and am in the progress of healing the wounds. I'm looking into taking guitar lessons!!! My best friend's fiance has a guitar that he doesn't use anymore so he's going to let me borrow it for a while. I found a guy that teaches, although expensive, but I also have a good friend who said he'd teach me as well!! I'm super excited about it! My best friend gets married and moves out less than a week. I'm super sad about it, but happy for her. I'm going to miss her like nothing else. I do have plans for a new roommate though. I've got a handful of concerts scheduled which makes me a very happy Holly! This month I'll be seeing Eric Hutchinson, Meiko, and Jim Bianco. Oh, the bunnies are doing VERY well. They go see the doctor tomorrow for a checkup actually! I've been really nervous because September is around the corner and that is the 6th month mark. To refresh your memory..Seraphim passed last year in March, then 6 months later Charlie passed in Septemeber, then 6 months later Lily passed in March. So, I'm just nervous. I know that both Kai and Eli are healthy and happy so really I should have nothing to worry about...but it's on my mind. Elijah is really opening up a lot. He's still really skiddish and unsure about people but I'm working really hard with him and he's making a ton of progress. He's so freaking adorable too..so that helps
Sooooooo...that's the latest on me! Nothing too exciting. Most of all though.... I love each and every one of you sooooooooo much!!! Thank you for your amazing friendship, love, and support!!!!! |
