coyotes is pretty different sounding from other jason stuff but i think it sounds so cool. it gives the cd such variety... and I lovvve the synth sounds. and
the kick and snare are rocking and i love the simplicity of the guitar...and of course the piano sounds cool with all the fills.
I'm not gonna lie, but this song sounds like a perfect song for hte radio. it also makes a sweeeeet mp3 ringtone ahah. |

yeah, still love coyotes. i love that he'll be able to take it back to its super acoustic roots, but then still have this ridiculously cheesy pop song with
a full band that makes me giggle like a 6th grader. if only he started wearing embellished leather suits with pyrotechnic gloves...
i always thought it was cute in the juju videos when the synth part is playing and mraz inputs the phone "hello" idea and i was excited to hear if it had made it.

Not sure if this should go here - Perez posted this today:
http://perezhilton.com/2008-05-05-plagiarism Says Lucky is very close to a song by another artist, Nellie McKay. |

hey, i hope i don't get my head shot off for this, but im curious if this album has leaked yet....?
i will most likely buy it in multiple formats when it comes out, as i have with his previous releases, but just wondering if there is a leak anywhere? |

after listening to both songs side by side a couple of times. I hear a similarity because of the simplistic melody but I believe (i'm not music expert) the
cords are different.
I wrote perez, of course. told him that plagiarism is a strong word. it just sucks because you know that this is the one song mraz didn't write the majority of and he gets flamed for it. |

must have been a slow gossip day for sure haha they are hardly identical.
no worries though, all the comments are like "they don't sound the same at all" and "you are not musically inclined perez, stick to gossip" haha.

I'm not a coyotes fan, but I didn't think I would like it anyway. It reminds me of O. Lover.
My favorite so far is Love for a Child. It is perfect.

Please don't get mad at me if this is a bit off topic, but I was just re-watching all the Crazy Man's Ju Ju getting ready for the album and
couldn't help but wonder if anyone knew the name of the song being played during the Thanksgiving part of Part 4....something with "the girl of the
golden apple" .... anyone know?

It's called Happy Endings and it is sadly not on the album.
I would do anything to hear it. |
